gmail/mail.app sent from/reply to change...

Hello,

I am trying to have gmail's 'reply to' be something other then default.

i went to gmail/settings/accounts and added the other email address.

in mail.app, how do i get this to work?

-do i actually need to set the smtp to send from the alternate address to work?
-what about google apps standard edition? what does this do?
