Has this happened to anyone else?

As of a few days ago (before the iOS6 update) I've noticed that none of my gmail labels show up on any of my devices (iPhone4s on iOS5, iPad2 on iOS6, and same goes for the mail.app on an iMac/Macbookpro).

All I have is:

All Mail
Drafts
Important
Sent Mail
Spam
Starred
Trash

Anything that gets automatically routed into a label has ended up in 'All Mail' for some reason.

I googled for a bit but everything came up in 2009/2010 era posts/comments, so nothing recent (that I could find).

Any thoughts?

That doesn't appear to be the case for me.

I can't see how that would have anything to do with it, but I setup IMAP a couple of weeks ago. It seemed to have happened overnight too, just one day I couldn't access my labels.
