I just saw Go-L's 17" notebook on display at BestBuy. Except it was Toshiba branded. Nowhere did it have the ACTUAL assemblers name on it. (Sager?)

You think that's illegal too? As mentioned above, it's called OEM branding. It's perfectly legal, and for notebooks it's a rule. There are only about 4 notebook manufactuers out there.
 
That laptop with built-in surround sound makes me think of two questions. "How?", where did they have room for 5 speakers AND a subwoofer? and "Why?", as in, Why waste your time and money when it can't possibly sound good. That and their website were (and still are) the only major things that I still dislike. That's aside from the photoshopped LCD screen on the front of their desktops (yes I know those screens exist).
