For those not familiar with GodMode, it is an internal Windows command in the form of a folder, that provides a full menu list of every single Windows setting by function. It was originally created for Win 7, but also works on 8/8.1, and now on Win 10.

1. Right-click on your desktop and select New Folder
2. Type in or copy and paste the following as the name:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
3. Hit Enter and the folder icon will change to GodMode
Also, the generic folder icon will change to a Control Panel icon.
