Going back to a iPhone 3GS from a iphone 4?

I am returning my iPhone 4 and going back to my 3GS, where will I get a new SIM card? I have my old one from the 3GS but since the iPhone 4 came with a new micro SIM what do I need to do?

I've seen the micro sim adaptors will ATT supply me with one?

ATT will probably just give you a new SIM if you go into one of their stores. That's what happened a year or so ago when my daughter's phone needed a new one.

Maybe just reconnect it to iTunes and activate it again?
