Going Beta to Real iOS7 - Steps?

So I never bothered to upgrade my Beta 5 iOS 7. Is there anything I should do before the real release comes out? I assume I will get a prompt to upgrade to iOS 7 even though I'm already using it.

Or maybe I should download the current beta and then skip the crashed servers on launch day.

You can't update to the public release from a beta. You'll need to either download the GM or restore your device in iTunes when iOS 7 is released.

If you had botherd to read any of the other 20 threads on this topic you would know that you can not updat from beta to final OTA.
