So Im part of the iPhone Dev program. Im on 4.0 but thinking of going back to 3.1.3. I know what steps need to be taken to go back.

But those who have done this did Jailbreaking 3.1.3 work fine?

I know with the baseband stuff going back from 4.0 it stays the same. Just wondering if it freaks out jailbreaking.

Let me also add I am on an iPhone 3G NOT a 3GS

I did this. I actually quite liked some of the features of 4.0b3 (especially multiple Exchange mailboxes and the integrated mailbox), but missed a lot of JB features and thus went back to JB 3.1.3.

Note that getting 3.1.3 back is itself not a straightforward process; you need to invoke iRestore to get out of the boot cycle (google it). Once that's done, the rest is simple.

I have not noticed any problems that weren't there before I went to 4.0.
