Hi,

I'm looking to update my iMac from my current 3+year old PowerMac one to a new Intel-based one. I wanted to know if I'd have any issues with programs/apps that I currently use (eg. Photoshop Elements, Print Shop). Also, I know that Appleworks is no longer made but can I still transfer my old Appleworks app to the new Mac or should I just get iWork?

Thanks for any help.

For your word processing needs might I suggest trying out NeoOffice before you purchase anything. If you do not like this FREE program at least no money was lost.
