I highly recommend the GPlayer app. Loading movies to GPlayer is a no-brainer. Just hook up your iPad to iTunes, and upload movies to the app, simple as that. You can even delete movies from within GPlayer itself when you are done.
GPlayer was free about 2 days ao, but you are a little too late now. GPlayer went right back to US$2.99, but still for this price, you can do no wrong!
