Going out of country, have an AT&T iPhone 4(under contract) what're my options

So i will be leaving the US for the summer, currently own an iPhone 4 that was purchased Aug 2011. So i know At&t wont unlock this thing no matter what but what all are the options that i have

Will this require me to jailbreak? Also i got ios 5.1 so i dont think gevey sim works on that.

Agree ask them Sunday or wait a few days to work there bugs out. I think Sunday there will be allot of confusion and allot of people asking.
