Going To Email Steve Jobs?

Hey there,
I am going to email Steve Jobs about a problem I am having. Should I use my email my school used it has a .edu ending or should I use a gmail.
Will my school email have any difference on how he responds? EDIT his email is sjobs@apple right?

or maybe he makes Phil go threw all his stupid emails when hes mad at him.

but either way, you will usually get some sort of positive human response.

The address you use isn't going to matter nearly as much as the tone ... be polite and respectful, yet firm.
