The noise whenever I send a text and receive a message/update that uses tri-tone, and maybe a few other tones, has this rattle sound. It's not the worst thing in the world, but I notice it on mine and not my sister's phone, so I think I'm going to make an appointment and go in tonight to have it potentially replaced. I spent $300 on it so honestly I'd like to have a phone with no problems/near perfect. My camera also seems to be taking pics pretty poorly with flash on. The one thing I'm worried about is getting a phone with something other than these problems wrong with it.

Has anyone had any problem getting replacement phones?

Are the phones they're giving out definitely still new and not refurbished? I feel like they can't be yet.

While I'm at it, how is my battery? I always see people posting theirs but don't really know who to compare to. It really seems to drain quickly - I have push on, location services on, almost always on wireless and not 3G, iCloud off, brightness kinda low...
