I'm going on a road trip to the amazing country that is Turkey with 2 friends tomorrow. I have an unlocked iPhone 3GS I'd like to use there with a local prepaid/payg sim. Data only would be OK since I'd mainly use it for Skype, Google Maps, the occasional web browsing & email check. Using it as a bluetooth hotspot for my friend's iPhone 4 would be a plus. Any advice from avid Macrumors readers from Turkey about the best deal I can get / which carrier should I buy from ?
Oh and in terms of cell coverage, we're going from Istanbul along the aegean coast, southwards until Bodrum.
