This was Chad Ochocinco on April 13th at Miami Int' Airport. Definitely seemed to hide the phone when he saw the camera.

So has Apple just been producing the same design since then, creating volume? I really doubt they would give it to him, and I'm sure many other celebrities to beta test (at least the hardware). Then you have to think it was probably being tested in the wild 6 months before this in an incognito case by engineers in the Palo Alto area. I wonder if it was even running iOS 7 6 months ago?

Lucky Bastard...

I think that was anostyle

"Celebrities and beta testing"... lol. It was probably just a custom gold phone.

The gold 5s is actually more of a subtle champagne color.

Wrong. That's not a champagne iPhone 5s but a standard iPhone 5 that's been blinged to death...

he's using a swappable backplate on the iPhone 5. He's the type of person to spend money on putting gold on it. There's no chance in hell that an NFL player who can't get a job would get an iPhone 5s ahead of anyone else. Also I've seen these in the wild multiple times

Did you not notice the flash before you posted?

Any iPhone can have the gold look using a sticker boy sticker. They come in a metal-look as well and they're very nice. Doubtful this fool was handed an iPhone 5S in April.

I hope that is not the 5s, it looks terrible in that photo. If it is then I guess i'll be going silver...
