Gold Macbook Pro + Updates?

Is the Macbook Pro lineup going to receive the new Macbook treatment with updated colors/finishes, keyboard, trackpad, etc?

If so, when do you think the new ones will arrive?

I love the new Gold Macbook, but need the larger screen size.

I think the color options are one driving point for the current MacBooks - they are so expensive with less power and screen. I am not willing to compromise paying more for less. The only advantage is color and weight.

It also doesn't have a lit up apple on the back, surely that is worth $1,300 alone no?

The 13" rMBP got upgraded this week, they are in the apple store with broadwell chips and force touch trackpads. No colour options though that is macbook only.
