Does any one know what kind of finish is used on the gold stainless steel Series 4 watches? If it's real gold plating then it's probably going to scratch like the silver stainless. I'm wondering if Apple has some special finish to make it less prone to scratching like the space black DLC. They made such a big deal about the materials in the Series 0 watches; it's curious that they don't even mention them now.

If it’s anything like the 316 L regular stainless Apple Watch, the scratches *should* be able to be removed with a polishing cloth, but obviously we don’t know that yet. I’m assuming the DLC coding only applies to the black stainless Apple Watch, because of the nature of black showing scratches and scuffs far more over any other color.

It's probably Titanium nitride coated, which gives a very hard surface after treatment.
