Golf Score & Handicap App

I've researched, and right now am using Golfshot Lite, with interest in purchasing the one that is $29.99. The main things I'm looking for is an app that will keep all my scorecards and track an official USGA Handicap. Another plus with Golfshot Lite is that it has tons of golf courses I that I can load up if I play on them.

I use Golf Shot app. Works great, very accurate. You can set your USGA handicap. Not sure how that works as I just use club handicap.

For the USGA Handicap, will it automatically update after several rounds of golf?

I believe it does, but not sure it has ability to send scores to USGA.
