GoLive And Flash Help

Me and a collegue from work are trying to put a movie on our website (www.theartelgroup.com) on the front page, because the movie (made in flash as an swf. file) is 748kb and may take a while to load up, we want a loading movie (also made in flash) which is only 4kb to come up first to let users know that there is a movie expected to be there. My collegue and myself are both new at these programs and aren't sure of how to do this...

Those small movies that come up before the actual Flash content are called "preloaders". You should be able to use this Macromedia article on preloaders to help.
