Hi I am on the look for a nice 2.0 speaker set for my mac pro. I don't want to spend the big bucks but I don't want crappy speakers.. I have some Polk Audio speakers with my home theater and I like them. I was thinking something in the $150-$300 range. Thanks!

Swan M200 MKII's are some of the best 2.0 speakers you can get at that price range. Avoid their cheaper stuff like the M10's.

how are the D1010 mkII 08? Have you tried them? they are on sale for $130

Never tried the D1010's or 1080's, but have certainly tried the M200's and they rock. Again, stay away from their cheaper speakers which tend to have problems.

Thanks for your advice! I'll look for deals on the M200's

I just went with the D1010 MKII 08 for $130 they are good size and I like the styling more than the M200 most people agreed that they sound real good and since im in a small room it should be plenty.. now to I need isolation? is there a cheaper good looking alternative?
