How can you edit text on PDF? PDF format itself doesn't allow editing text.

All you can do is to type text on PDF file using our PDF Expert for iPad (http://itunes.apple.com/app/pdf-expert-fill-forms-annotate/id393316844?mt=8). Also, you can use white marker to wipe out original text, than you can type the text you need there.
