I hope somebody can help me with my idea. I'm looking to create a sweater/t-shirt for the electrical utility company I'm employed with. I'm not sure what program would be best to create this image, but I wanted to make a circuit design in the shape of the county I live in then, with the same or another program put the companies logo in the background with some effects.
I have the idea in my head, but just having a hard time getting started with what program to use. Perhaps somebody has some nice suggestions. Thanks!
