iPhone 12 Pro Good app to clean iphone storage?

Looking to clean my 100+ gb photo library.
Would ideally like a free app that can do the cleaning locally on my phone (vs connecting to a server somewhere)

I know there is Smart Cleaner, Boost Cleaner, Gemini Photos, plus many others. Though from what I’ve seen they are all paid or subscription apps.

Anyone have any opinions on the various apps available?
