Does anyone know any apple stores online that gives you free ram, free instalation, and free shipping. I know there has to be one out there that has all of these.

a good service will cost you money.

don't skimp just to save 40-60 bucks.

that would be stupid.

you get what you pay for. buyer beware.

MacMall usually has some kind of promotional deal that includes free RAM, free RAM installation, a free printer, and sometimes free software. Occasionally they offer free shipping. Check out what they are offering now.

but a lot of those are rebates and you have to have the money up front

rebates can sometimes take a long time to come back to you

I have to agree with that. I bought my iBook from Di-No computer in Pasadena, CA and have always been happy with my decision. Had I bought it from the place I was going to (Unitek) I would have not have gotten service anywhere near what Di-No offers. Di-No even matched the promotion that Unitek offered. At Di-No, the people working there are very professional and knowledgable.

In the long run $40-60 isn't going to matter, but service will.
