I have gone through most all recent case threads and haven't really found one for folk who use their iPads primarily for reading. I use my gen one iPad portrait position and held with one hand. Weight is less important than bulk -- I don't want a case that loosely folds back. I currently use an Otterbox, which is fine, a bit heavy, but I can easily remove the front. Problem is I don't like the built in screen protector of the new model.

In short, good protection, easy to use in portrait orientation, easy to hold one handed.

Thanks,
