Getting the kids a Mac Mini for Christmas :D and looking for a good, cheap monitor....

- about 24" or less
- easy connectivity (Use HDMI? DVI? without an adapter)
- something reliable
- Like to keep the cost at about $150 or less

That's about it. Looking at Costco, Tigerdirect, NewEgg... too many choices....

Dell now has reasonably-priced displays with IPS display panels.

They will cost a bit more than $150, though. But still worth the price (which isn't all that high, considering what the high-end IPS displays sell for).

I've been using a Dell "1905" 19" IPS panel for some years now, it's held up well and looks beautiful.
