Good deal? 2.4GHz 200GB MBP for $1200 US?

I found this deal and it seems like a great price... but what about the 8600M? Is it really a ticking time-bomb? I was planning on buying a new unibody 17" this summer... but this would meet my needs and be a lot cheaper.

Advice please?

That's a great price, but I had the opportunity to buy a new one for $1099, but bought the NEW 2.5GHz for $1199 but ended up getting AppleCare and the free HP Printer for $1544 OTD; a great price for a NEW MBP 2.5GHz 250GB...
