Good deal for 2008 iMac 2.4ghz 20"?

iMac 20 inch Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz 4GB RAM / 500 GB / superdrive
The Mac2Sell Quoted Value is :
690 $

I got it in 2008, it's in perfect condition and I was offered $720 for it. I also get to keep the keyboard and remote. Is this a good deal? I don't know how accurate mac2sell is and I've seen an imac with these specs on ebay from anywhere from $500-$850, which seems a little broad..

Thanks for the replies. @MacForScience I've seen that site but I wasn't sure how up to date it was. $800-900 just seems like a lot to me for something with a C2D processor.
