Good Deal for 2012 Retina MacBook Pro?

There's a Retina MacBook Pro on Craigslist near me for $950. It's the 2012 base model (2.3ghz i7, 256gb, 8gb, 15"), not sure if it's the LG or Samsung panel. Includes box and charger, which tells me it isn't stolen. Good deal?

I doubt it has a warranty left but not sure what screen it uses. I asked him and he wasn't familiar.

Ended up buying it, just ran a test for the panel. It's a Samsung. Unfortunately, the seller left his email inbox open, and there are very concerning messages in there.
