I was checking my employer's discounts on Verizon, and they're offering a droid razr M for $99, 450 minutes, 5 GB data, and 1000 messages for $65.78 before taxes. I figure it will be close to $80 with all taxes. Is this a good deal? In the address bar it says legacy plans, it seems the legacy plans are a lot cheaper than the new plans but with less minutes and less texting.

Currently i have an old iphone unlimited plan with at&t but looking to switch to verizon.

If 450 minutes and 1k messages is enough for you, then definitely go for it. $65.78 is pretty cheap for 5GBs of data. The phone (RAZR M) is available on Amazon Wireless for a penny so try and see if you can buy it from there and still get your employer's discount.
