Good deal on 2x2GB but will PC2-5400 work?

So Frys has 2x2GB RAM for $130 after rebate but the only problem is that these are PC2-5400. I know the Macbook uses PC2-5300 so I wanted to be sure if these will/will not work.

As long as the RAM is faster than the bus it is put into and it's the same TYPE of compatible stick it will simply run a shade slower than it's capable of running.
