You can get a refurb iPad 1 3G 64gb for £399 on the Apple store at the moment. I've got a launch iPad 2 64gb 3G and being a gadget spec nerd I wouldn't go near a 1 at this stage of its life, but for the non-nerd average joe thats a hell of a deal!
