Good design based sites?

Hey,


I regularly read Digital web Magazine and A list Apart as I'm sure many of you do. However, I'm looking for more web design 'design' based articles / sites / blogs etc.

What I mean by that is sites that directly address the visual design of sites rather then the technologies etc behind them.

I'm also looking for good references on grid based designs if anyone has any links...

Please share some links.

Sitepoint Has many good article they also sell books.
