GOOD Earplugs for music + shop

Hey everyone, not really sure where to put this, but I'll give here a try.

I've been working in a theater shop for a while now, been using some of those crappy foam ear plugs, but now that xmas is coming up I really want a good reusable pair.

I'll be using them for rock concert running (i do audio work) as well as machine shop work (some metalworking, mostly wood)

Any advice?

Either these or these should do the trick. I have the former and for attending loud concerts they do wonders.
