Good forum for posting offer to transfer AT&T account?

I currently have a personal iPhone on AT&T and a separate work phone. I'm planning to get rid of my personal iPhone and AT&T plan, but the AT&T plan is a really great deal (lots of minutes, lots of data, $55 a month). Is there a place to post offers to sell/give away AT&T accounts?
