Good FREE App for Cleaning Itunes Library?

I used to have one, called "corpio" or something like that, but i can't find it.

Every search on google reveals non-free software, does anyone know any good ones?

i have never found a legit program that actually works.

i manually tagged all my files to perfection. took forever. but these kind of things bother me.
