I'm headed off to college in the fall (bought an MBP specifically for this purpose) and was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for free applications that made their college experience easier/more productive/more fun.
I bought iWork preloaded, and I currently have installed Skype, Adium, Vuze, Paintbrush, and VLC. I'd rather not have too many programs that share the same functions, if at all possible.
Any ideas?
