Good ICQ client?

Can anybody recommend me an ICQ client?

The official client requires Adobe AIR which I refuse to install, and Proteus keeps saying that my name/password are being refused (although they are the correct name and password.)

I'm running 10.5.8 on a PowerPC G5.

Also I have no idea what host name I should be using the default one is an oscar.aol one...

I cannot recommend a good one as I do not use ICQ. However, I can suggest a website which may be helpful in your hunt.
