Good in-ear headphones with noise canceling in-line microphone?

I'm looking to get some new in-ear headphones but I'd like to find a pair with a good in-line microphone, preferably one with noise canceling. I haven't found anything through my searches and was hoping others might know of some good options. I'd ideally like to spend no more than $150 but would consider spending more for the right headphones.
