Heaven or Hell
Hi There,

I am looking for some good Invoicing Software for Mac....
It can be online or just desktop, doesn't matter.....

It has to be simple to use....

Thanks!

I use Billings now which I like a lot:
http://www.billings2.com/

and I used to use iBiz
http://www.iggsoftware.com/ibiz/

Both are pretty simple to use, however I switched to billings because, for me, it has a little more flexibility when it comes to creating multiple invoices for one project, numbering of invoices, keeping track of payments as well as a few other things.

If you like to track your finances, though, iBiz links up directly with iBank
http://www.iggsoftware.com/ibank/

Good luck

Try this one - online invoicing, billing & project management

Hi -

Know it's been some time but if you're still looking check out www.jexxe.com - it's online web based software, does invoicing, project management and is pretty much geared towards freelancing and the way I work - I've not had any problems with it and I wouldn't say I'm an expert with computer software - its pretty easy to use.

Freshbooks!

I tired lots of invoicing solutions, from the big (QuickBooks on virtual PC) and the small (Macfreelance, Billings and so on). I came across Freshbooks http://www.freshbook.com and it really is the business. It does everything I need (estimates and invoices, multiuser etc), it's not expensive and it's almost fun to use. They have a free trial.

Good extensible invoicing software for Mac

Check Gestix 4.3: it's multi-platform, you can install it and use it offline (though through the browser) or rent it and use it online. Besides invoicing, it has serial number tracking for warranty control, production management, CRM, many other features. (http://www.gestix,com). Online demo and downloadable trial versions available.
