Good Jailbreak Apps?

So, this is my first JB. I was hoping you all could just give some beginner advice about what's worth installing. So far, I've installed:

- Backgrounder
- ProSwitcher
- SBSettings
- Winterboard
- Terminal
- MyWi
- iFile

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! I'm already amazed at how much more I can do with the phone!

Here's a few that I am currently using:

Winterboard

5 Icon Dock (Enables you to have 5 icons in your dock)

Notifier (Gives you visual notifications in your status bar when you receive Texts, Emails etc)

3G Unrestrictor (Cool app which allows you to use a 3G connection to access apps and content where you should only really be using a Wi-Fi connection)

Bosspaper (Allows you to change all kinds of things, main things include the homescreen wallpapers and docks)

Oh and SBSettings and a theme for it

OverBoard (Coolest app I have ever seen, this app works just like expose on a Mac, when you pinch the homescreen or tap the home button it shows you all of your homescreens miniturised then you just tap the screen you want to go to)

For backgrounder, at the cydia main screen select "featured packages" and it's in there. I dunno about the 5 icon dock though. Overboard looks really cool, not sure if its worth $ though considering i have my apps in categories now anyway.

I like the added functionally jailbreaking gives in default iPhone apps...

Yourtube - allows for downloading YouTube video within the app
Safari Download Manager - Ability to save files from safari for offline use

I tried to dl overboard and the haptic feedback program, both didn't work! I get HTTP errors and things and then I have to restart springboard. Are everyone's servers just getting eaten alive right now?

Some that I'm currently using that haven't been mentioned..

iprotect - password protects individual apps
intelliscreen - news, sports, calender, email, sms on lockscreen
infiniboard - place as many apps as you want on one page and you can scroll vertically to view them all
infinidock - place as many apps as you want on your dock and scroll horizontally
snappy - load camera in one second from any screen. use the volume rocker to snap photos
weather icon - shows weather badge with current temp right above weather icon
