Well Apple may over charge for thier hardware - but I always remain satisfied with the overall experience.

My mistake, I purchased the iphone version of the new co-pilot navigator. Not a cheap app: Offer price £15.00 for a week then £30.

So confident was I that Apple would understand, I immediately shelled out another £25 on the HD version for the ipad, then waited for the email receipt for the first purchase (they always seem to arrive next day) and asked for a refund.

Another day later, a nice email saying:

"After reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final."

It is this sort of experience that will keep me coming back, despite the high entry costs.
