I just bought this antec cooler from Fry's and I'm not totally impressed with it. I've only had it a day now so I don't have much information yet, however, it certainly won't fit a MacBook as it's even a little big on a 15" MacBook Pro.
I watched various temperatures with iStat Pro and maybe at best I saw a 3 to 4 degree drop in important temps, like CPU. However, I've seen temperature fluctuations much bigger than this depending on the position the MBP is in or the ambient room temperature.
In my opinion, these coolers are rarely worth it. The aforementioned antec was $10 after a rebate with free shipping last week at Fry's. Otherwise I would feel a bit ripped off.
