I want a magsafe charger with a magnetic back so I can attach it to magsafe phone stands. I did some searching but mostly found off-brand ones, the only exception being ohsnap's charger for $50.

You misunderstand what the OP is looking for. True, anything labeled "MagSafe" will be magnetic on the front face where it attaches to the phone. It will not necessarily be magnetic on its rear face so that it can then attach to a stand or accessory. Such MagSafe pucks exist, but are not universal.
@OP: I'm sorry, but I've not used any such pucks so I don't have any to recommend. Hopefully someone else will post.
Why not just get Apples MagSafe charger and add it to a stand? That's what I did.

I have a different stand that’s MagSafe for sticking phone on. I want a charging puck that can stick to that.
Soooo... You have a stand that just holds your phone with the magsafe but it doesn't charge? You want a charging puck that will magnetically stick to it then stick your phone to the puck? You know you can easily find stands that already have a charger built in. You seem like you're trying to make this more difficult than it needs to be.
Do you just love the stand you have and want to add charging capabilities or are you trying for a cheap alternative without buying a new stand?
I spent too long trying to find good stands on Amazon: flexible & versatile where you can have it in almost any position / orientation within its max distance. A lot of stands are fixed.

Perhaps an otherwise good puck with a flat back to which you can add one of the adhesive rings to provide the rear magnetic attachment would work.
The downside would be that any such "sandwich" won't release reliably in the same way twice. Sometimes you'll get the phone alone and sometimes the charger will stick to the phone stronger than to the stand and you'll still have to slide the charger off of the phone and put it back on the stand. I'd vote for a new stand with a built in MagSafe/Qi2 charger.
