Good Network Camera in the Sub $100 Range?

Hello all. I'm looking for a network camera that i can use at home wirelessly and check periodically via iCam (an OS X/iOS app). I've been looking more at D-Link models but they seem overtly complicated to set up when all iCam needs is an IP address of the camera in question. Any suggestions?
