Good note taking applications?

I just got an iPad 2 and plan to use it a lot for school. I have penultimate for drawing and iHomework for assignments and such. Eventually I plan on getting a wireless keyboard to type all my notes with. What are some good programs for typing school notes on?

Evernote and springpad are both notes apps that sync with servers so you have your notes on your iPhone iPad and computer. I really like Evernote, I use it for all of my classes.
