I have a 2017 MacBook Pro and it has been 3.5 years since the life of my laptop. Its battery cycle is currently 125 and actived battery health management this year.
Until a year ago, I plugged to AC wherever I had access.
This year I decided not to do this and charge and discharge the MacBook twice a week. Is the Apple Battery Health Management feature useful for me?
Thank you

If you are doing that on purpose solely to "exercise" the, I would not do that. Apple used to have some info on their site about doing that, but they removed it and now talk about battery cycles. By needlessly discharging and recharging, you are in theory using up some of the finite amount of battery cycles.

I would just turn on the battery health management and use it on battery when you need to and not sweat it.

My job is a developer, and the reason that the laptop cycle is only 125 so far is because until a year ago, it was mostly connected to AC, and this year, when I use the laptop less, I activated this option for battery health management, but I don't know it's the right thing to do or not. my battery health is know 88%

Same here... with the Rona now and no travel I'm mostly in clamshell mode and I just leave it be with that battery health feature turned on. Seems to work out okay.
