Good photo app

Hello. I'm looking for photo app that will let me use my iPad for:

1) A digital picture frame
2) A photo viewer/browser

I would like to keep all the photos on my PC. I have about a 100GB of photos arranged by date in folders (the date is in the folder name), and would rather not go thru the process of transfering/formatting them for the iPad.

I browsed the app store, but didn't see any apps. I saw some that used flicker and other web sites. It would be fine if I had to run an additional program on the PC.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you want something like Air Photo, but (1) that's only for Mac, and (2) from the reviews it looks like it crashes a lot.

I don't know of any for the PC.
