Good Places to upgrade HD

Where should i look to get a new HD? I've only checked out OWC, and they seem to only have 7200's available...

Well for what system?

is it a 2.5" HDD or a 3.5" HDD

What are the programs you run a lot. If you run photoshop a lot or other pro apps you may want to go with a 10,000 RPM Drive

its for my macbook. i only need the extra space. i don't run photoshop...but i do like to run A LOT of applications at the same time. I have at least 5 or 6 apps running right now....any suggestions?
