Hi there,

My parents have said since im getting pretty into editing that they will pay for a post production summer course that I could do in london.

At the moment they are looking at a sort of TV Production Training Course which basically makes a short film or whatever in a week.

There are also other courses like this Final Cut Pro Week Course which I would get a diploma at the end of + A sort of showreel to show my work.

Has anyone done any of these courses or similar (in the states or where ever) and how useful where they?

Any other recommendations?

Thanks

I look around a well and the best one I found so far was met film in Ealing, London. Its based at Ealing Studios and you get access to RED Ones as well as film and HDV cams. Theres an open ay next week which I am going to.

This looks good but you have to be 18 for all their short courses (bar the young filmakers which is fully booked!)
