Good price for a used 15" macbook pro

Its an intel core due 2 GHz 15" Macbook pro

it has snow leopard on it

specs goes as

2 GHz Processor
L2 cache 2mb
Bus speed 667 MHz
Graphics card RadeonX1600 with VRAM (Total): 256 MB
2GB of RAM
wifi card a/b/g
100 GB hard drive

it currently does not have ilife installed on it and he has lost the install disks.

How much do you think is a fair estimate for me to offer him.

500 dollars would be a KILLER deal! Ive never seen any working macbook pro go for 500 bones on ebay.

But then again, I would low ball also. I am a poor college student.
